Felix is a chief executive with more than 25 years of experience leading organizations from the ground up. As co-founder and CEO, he set the vision, shaped the culture, and drove the strategy that took a company from inception to a significant exit — building along the way an organization recognized for its performance, its people, and its values. He holds an MBA from the University of Denver.
Minerva is a senior executive whose career spans the full spectrum of financial and operational leadership. As President and CFO, she designed and executed the financial architecture that supported years of sustained growth — managing capital strategy, risk, and governance while serving as a key driver of enterprise value. She holds an MS in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver and brings to every investment a rare combination of analytical rigor and executive perspective.
Our core strategy is to buy land and develop it, or acquire existing assets and improve them — then hold. We build portfolios asset by asset, with intention, and we invest for the long arc wherever we can. That preference never changes.
Where shorter horizons make economic sense — land development and sale, targeted rehab-and-exit — we engage with the same rigor. Duration is a variable, not a principle. The discipline we bring to every deal is not.
